| Feelings Moisture Stop is a waterborne waterproof primer for improving the water resistance of interior walls and ceilings. It can produce a water resistant effect comparable to that of wall tiles when used with Feelings Extra Durable Paint or Toha Kid’s ROOM Paint on top. It is particularly suitable for sea-side villas and such wet areas as kitchens, bathrooms, washing ROOM, etc. This primer comes with a translucent green or yellow tint in order to clearly show where it has been applied. | |

5-7㎡ x 2 coats / litre on flat and impermeable walls. However, coverage is relatively lower on rough and highly permeable surfaces.. This information is only intended as a guide. The actual coverage will depend on the substrate texture, absorption rate, construction methods, and many other factors. |
| Preparation: | Stir Feelings Moisture Stop well before use. All surfaces must be clean, dry and free of grease, dust or fibers. Previously painted surfaces must be thoroughly cleaned with detergent before being rinsed with water. If the surface to be treated has mould damages, use a suitable mould removing solvent to get rid of the fungus before rinsing it with water. Sand glossy paint surfaces to a matt finish. Smooth out cracks and holes a suitable filler. |
| Painting: |
The wall surface must be dry at a ROOM temperature above 10℃ and a relative humidity lower than 80%. Apply two coats of moisture stop with a roller, and finish off corners and inlets by brush. Allow to dry for 2 hours between treatments. Thin moisture stop with water at a 1:1 ratio for the first coat before applying the second coat without thinning 2 hours later. Finish with Feelings Extra Durable after approx. 4 hours from the second treatment with moisture stop. |
| Environmental and waste disposal | Empty tins should be recycled or disposed of in accordance with local regulations. Liquid waste should be destroyed according to the local regulations. |
| Storage | Protect from frost. Any remaining paint can be preserved for future use with the cap placed back on. |
| Shelf Life | 3 years with the cap still intact. The expiry date is marked on the tin. |
