The surface to be painted must be clean, dry and free of grease, dust and fibres. Wash down previously painted surfaces with a cleaning agent, rinse carefully and let dry. Remove loose, flaking paint with a scraper. Treat moulded walls with a suitable mould removing solvent and then rinse with water.
